BUSS Kneader series quantec®
The innovative Buss quantec® Kneader family has very quickly set a price/performance benchmark in PVC compounding. Thanks to the new 4-flight technology, Buss quantec Kneaders enable custom-tailored solutions for processing rigid and soft PVC, peroxidic cross-linkable polyethylene (XLPE), and powder coatings.
Typical applications:
Rigid PVC (pellets) for: 
profiles piping various injection mouldings such as bottles, fittings
Soft PVC (pellets) for: electrical cable insulation and jacket shoe soles toys
Rigid- and soft PVC (chips) for: calender feed via two roll mill for sheet and film production direct calender feed (degassed) for film production
Polyethylene peroxidic cross-linkable (XLPE): LDPE based for MV cable HDPE based for pipes
